Why
Mental burnout often starts earlier
Sleeping badly. Ruminating after work. Struggling to focus.
Mental strain often only becomes visible at the point of dropping out. That is why earlier support matters so much.
Subrise makes mental support available before problems escalate.

A guarded methodology
Every session follows a fixed psychological structure; no free-form AI generation.
Scientifically informed
Based on research into behaviour change, mindfulness and self-hypnosis, in support of prevention and self-regulation.
AI as engine, not as therapist
No diagnoses or therapeutic role. The method sets the limits.
Who it’s for
For organisations that actively invest in mental wellbeing

Employers and HR teams
Preventive, confidential support that employees use on their own, without an appointment or referral.

Internal and external prevention services
A digital complement to prevention and guidance. Not a replacement for the prevention adviser, occupational physician or psychologist, but support between contact moments.
Offer and pricing
A plan that grows with your organisation
You choose who you put the Organization Plan and a shared package of session credits in place for: your employees, your students, your patients or your members. The more people and session credits, the lower the rates. The standard rates are below. For larger volumes we draw up a tailored proposal.
Two ways to offer Subrise
Your organisation paysOrganization Plan
Your annual budget has two parts: access and management for the people who are given access, and a shared package of session credits for personalised audio. Together they form your Organization Plan.
All Organization Plan amounts exclude VAT.
Personalised sessions
Session credits
You buy a shared package of session credits for the people who are given access. One session credit covers one personalised audio session. The credits belong to the whole group and are not divided per person in advance. To start, we advise a shared package of two session credits per person.
- Up to 249 session credits€6.50per session
- 250 – 999 session credits€5.50per session
- 1,000 – 2,499 session credits€5.00per session
- From 2,500 session creditscustom price
Access and management
You get the admin portal with anonymised figures, control over who has access, one contract and one invoice, and a launch pack for your internal communication. Your people get access to the workplace library: ready-made sessions on workload, recovery, focus and leadership that are only available through an organisation. The rate is calculated on the number of people who are given access.
- 1 – 49 people€15per person per year
- 50 – 249 people€12per person per year
- 250 – 999 people€9per person per year
- 1,000 – 4,999 people€7per person per year
- 5,000+ people€5per person per year
Your total annual budget
Access and management plus session credits together, with an advised starting package of 2 session credits per person.
| People | Access and management | Session credits | Total per year | Per person per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | €600 | 100 × €6.50 = €650 | €1,250 | €25 |
| 200 | €2,400 | 400 × €5.50 = €2,200 | €4,600 | €23 |
| 1,000 | €7,000 | 2,000 × €5.00 = €10,000 | €17,000 | €17 |
A contract comes to at least €600 per year. If the calculation falls below that, we make up the difference with extra session credits.

Session credits
Validity
Your session credits are valid for twelve months. Unused session credits are not carried over on renewal.
Reordering
During the term your organisation can order extra session credits. The rate follows the band of that order: the more credits you order at once, the lower the price per session. An additional order is at least 20 session credits. Reordered credits expire at the end of the running contract.
Use
Creating one personalised session costs one session credit. Each person can create at most three new personalised sessions per month. A session that has been created can be replayed for as long as the user has active access to Subrise; replaying costs no extra session credit.
Contract
Term and invoicing
A contract runs for twelve months and is invoiced in advance.
Pilot
Would you rather try it out first? You can start with a six-month pilot for up to one hundred people. For the pilot you pay 60% of the annual cost of Access and management and take 50% of the advised annual package of session credits. If you then move to an annual contract, those six months count as the first half of it. You will receive the remaining conditions in your proposal.
A reduced rate through your organisationCosts your organisation nothing
A reduced rate for your target group
Your organisation pays nothing. Your employees, students, patients or members take out a subscription themselves, at a reduced rate linked to your organisation. You see how many people have joined, never who. The reduction is fixed at the start, based on the size of the agreed target group. Everyone covered by that agreement gets the same reduction, whenever they join. It is calculated on the current base price of the chosen consumer subscription as listed in the app store.
Reduced rate
- Up to 249 people in the agreed target group20%reduction
- 250 – 999 people in the agreed target group25%reduction
- From 1,000 people in the agreed target group30%reduction
You can combine both options. A university college could, for example, provide the Organization Plan for its staff and offer the reduced rate to its students. Each target group then gets its own option.
What you get to see
You get insight into adoption and use at organisation level. Never into who uses Subrise or what someone is working on.
Read our privacy promiseFrequently asked questions
How do employees get access to Subrise?
Employees get access to the Subrise mobile app through a link or code and then use it on their own, at their own time and pace. As an organisation, you manage access through an online portal for organisations.
Is using Subrise voluntary for employees?
Yes. Employees decide for themselves whether, when and what they use Subrise for. The organisation does not decide which themes someone works on and does not get to see that information either.
What information does the employer see?
Only figures at organisation level, such as activation and usage. Personal answers, the content of individual sessions and health information are not visible to the employer.
How is the price determined?
That depends on the chosen plan and the size of the group. With central access, the price per employee and per personalised session drops as volume grows. You can also opt for an employer link: employees then take out a discounted subscription themselves and your organisation pays nothing.
What does implementation require from our organisation?
We agree on who gets access and how Subrise is introduced internally. After that, employees can start on their own. No integration with your existing IT systems is needed.
Does Subrise replace professional guidance or care?
No. Subrise supports prevention, self-regulation and personal development. It does not make diagnoses, does not give medical advice and does not replace professional care.
