Costs
The session credit and your work
A session you create for your client consists of two parts:
1. The session credit: who pays Subrise for it?
For each session, you choose how the session credit is paid: with a practice credit or with a session credit from your client’s Premium subscription.
Your practice pays
With practice credits
Your practice buys credits in advance. One practice credit covers one personalised session, whatever its length. You create the session in the Subrise portal. Your client does not need a paid subscription to listen. Whether and how much of it you pass on is up to you.
Your client pays
With a Premium subscription
Your client pays Subrise for Premium directly. It includes three session credits per month. With permission, you create sessions within that allowance; your practice does not use practice credits. This only works with Premium. Your link or QR code gives your client an exclusive discount on Standard and Premium.
2. Your work: you set your fee
Creating a session is quick, and AI helps wherever you want it to. You provide input, adjust, review the script and may discuss the session with your client. You decide whether that is part of your guidance or charged separately. Subrise does not set your fee.

Besides using Subrise in your guidance, you can also become a partner. There are three ways to do so.
Your own voice in the app
We record the voices of a limited number of Flemish professionals in a professional studio and create a digital version. It is available in the library to all users. You naturally remain the owner of your digital voice, and you decide what your voice is used for and whether you appear under your first name or a pseudonym.

Frequently asked questions
What is a Professional account?
One Professional account lets you give your clients an exclusive discount on a Subrise subscription through your personal link or QR code. You can also create personalised sessions for them. Both are part of the same account; you do not need to choose a separate model.
How does my client get the exclusive discount?
Share your personal link or QR code. Your client subscribes through that route. The discount applies to Standard and Premium. It does not apply to a purchase made directly in the app. The applicable terms, price and discount period are shown when your client subscribes.
Can I also create sessions for clients who start through my link?
Yes. The discount does not change your ability to create sessions for that client. You can use a practice credit or, with your client’s permission, the available allowance in their Premium subscription. The choice stays with you, for each session.
Does my client need a subscription if I use a practice credit?
No. Your client does not need a paid Subrise subscription to listen to a personalised session you create with a practice credit.
What if I work in a group practice?
The practice owner buys and manages the practice credits. Each Professional who uses those credits needs an active seat. Sessions funded through a client’s Premium subscription do not require a seat. The pricing overview shows the costs of credits and seats.
Can I also use Subrise myself as a professional or partner?
Yes. When you actively work with Subrise as a professional or partner, you also receive a free personal subscription to the app. This lets you experience the personalised audio sessions yourself and discover what Subrise can mean for you — not just in your work, but personally too.
How do I become a Professional with Subrise?
Sign up through Free account with your professional email address. As soon as your email address is accepted as professional, your Professional account is ready straight away and you can get started immediately.
Can I charge my own fees?
Yes. Whether you charge separately for creating a personalised session or include it in your guidance is up to you. Subrise does not set your fee.
Can I use my own voice?
Yes, through the voice programme. For a limited number of professionals we record the voice and add it to the Subrise library. The voice is available to all users, not only to your own clients.
Does Subrise replace my guidance?
No. Subrise complements what you build in your guidance and does not replace professional care. Your client can also create sessions themselves within their own subscription.
