How do I log in?
You can sign in to Subrise with your Apple account, your Google account, or with the email address and password you used when you created your account.
Sign in with Apple or Google
On the sign-in screen, choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google. Use the same account you signed up with, otherwise a new Subrise account is created.
Sign in with email and password
- Open the Subrise app, or go to the Subrise website.
- Tap Sign In.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Enter your password.
- Confirm to log in.
What if I forgot my password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in screen. You will receive an email with a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Apple or Google, you do not have a Subrise password. Sign in with that provider instead.
What if my email is not recognised?
Make sure you are using the address you signed up with. If you are not sure which one that is, check your inbox for a Subrise welcome or confirmation email, or try signing in with Apple or Google.
Can I stay signed in on multiple devices?
Yes. You can sign in on any supported device with the same account. Your subscription is linked to your account, not to a specific device.
