How do I update my profile?
You can update your profile at any time through the Profile Settings section of the app.
What can I update?
Under session preferences you can set your form of address, tone and style, listening depth, level of personalization, session length, session voice, and your mental anchor. Your language setting is in the same place.
When do my changes take effect?
Changes are saved automatically and are applied to sessions created after the update. Sessions you already have keep the settings that were used at the time.
I cannot find a setting
Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
