Account and subscription
How long do sessions remain available?
Your sessions stay accessible for as long as you have an active subscription or have purchased the session. Once your subscription ends or you lose access to a purchased session, it is no longer available.
Do sessions expire on their own?
No. There is no time limit on an individual session and no listening limit. As long as you have access, you can revisit a session as often as you like.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Sessions that were available through your subscription are no longer accessible. Purchased sessions remain available according to the terms of that purchase.
What about sessions I created a new version of?
Both versions stay in your library. Creating a new version adds a session rather than replacing the previous one.
Can I remove a session from my library?
You can archive a session you no longer want. It will no longer be accessible in the app, and you cannot restore it yourself. If you would like it back, contact support@subrise.be. Subrise may be able to recover it on request, within one working day. As archived sessions are deleted, recovery is not guaranteed.
And downloaded sessions?
Downloads follow the same rule. A downloaded session plays offline for as long as you still have access to it. If your access changes, the downloaded version may no longer play, even though the file is on your device.
