For organisations

How do I add people to my organisation?

An organisation admin manages which people are in scope through the Subrise admin portal. People can join with an existing Subrise account or create a new one. In an organisation-paid setup, access to personalised sessions comes from one shared pool rather than from individual credit allocations.

How do I add someone?

  1. Open your organisation in the Subrise admin portal.
  2. Go to the section where you manage the people in scope.
  3. Add or invite the person using their email address.
  4. Send the invitation.

What happens next?

The person follows the invitation, signs in with an existing Subrise account or creates a new one, and becomes eligible for the organisation setup.

With an organisation-paid plan, they can use the organisation-only Workplace Library and create personalised sessions from the shared organisation pool. The pool is not divided into personal allocations. Each person can use up to three personalised sessions per month.

What if someone does not use personalised sessions?

Nothing is lost or reserved for that person. Because the pool is shared, the sessions remain available for other eligible people in the organisation.

What if the shared pool is empty?

Personalised sessions are then temporarily unavailable for everyone in the group until the organisation adds sessions. The public Subrise content and the Workplace Library stay available.

What can the organisation see about members?

Organisations receive only aggregated information about adoption and use. They do not see who listened to what, personal topics, or what someone is working on.

What if the invitation does not arrive?

Ask the person to check their spam or promotions folder and confirm that the email address is correct. If needed, send the invitation again.

Reset. Reflect. Rewire.
