For organisations
How does organisational billing work?
When an organisation pays centrally, the annual contract combines two components: an Organisation Plan for the people in scope and a shared pool of personalised sessions. Billing is handled centrally and individual members are not charged separately.
What is included in the Organisation Plan?
The Organisation Plan is calculated on the number of people in scope. It includes the organisation-only Workplace Library, the admin portal with aggregated reporting, group management, one contract and one invoice, and launch support.
How does the shared session pool work?
The organisation buys one shared pool of personalised sessions for the whole group. Sessions are not allocated to individual people in advance. As a starting point, Subrise recommends a pool equal to two sessions times the number of people in scope, with a minimum pool of 50 sessions. The organisation can choose a different pool size.
Each eligible person can use up to three personalised sessions per month. If the pool runs low, the organisation can add sessions during the contract at the applicable pool price.
What happens if the pool runs out?
Subrise notifies the organisation admin before the pool is empty. If no sessions are added, personalised sessions become temporarily unavailable for everyone in the group until the organisation tops up. The public Subrise content and the Workplace Library remain available throughout.
Is there a minimum contract value?
Yes. The minimum annual contract value is €600 excluding VAT. If the Organisation Plan plus the recommended starting pool would be lower than €600, the difference is converted into additional session credits rather than charged as a separate fee. For most organisations the minimum does not apply: a group of 25 people already comes to around €700.
How long does the contract run?
The standard term is twelve months and is invoiced in advance. At renewal, up to 20% of unused pool credits can be carried forward.
A six-month pilot is available for organisations with up to 100 people. The pilot uses 60% of the annual Organisation Plan and 50% of the recommended annual session pool. If the organisation converts, those six months count as the first half of the twelve-month contract.
What if people pay themselves instead?
An organisation can also choose an organisation-linked advantage rate. In that model, people subscribe and pay individually, so the organisation is not billed for their subscriptions.
How are invoices managed?
The organisation receives one central invoice for the organisation-paid setup. Billing and renewal are managed centrally by the organisation.
All B2B prices are stated excluding VAT.
