How does organisational onboarding work?
Organisational onboarding sets up the people in scope, the Organisation Plan, the shared personalised-session pool, and the admin access needed to manage the organisation. The pool is shared across the group rather than allocated to individual people.
1. Choose how you want to offer Subrise
An organisation can pay centrally for an Organisation Plan plus a shared pool of personalised sessions, let people subscribe themselves at an organisation-linked advantage rate, or combine both approaches for different groups.
2. Define the group and shared pool
For an organisation-paid setup, you define how many people are in scope and choose the size of the shared personalised-session pool. As a starting point, Subrise recommends a pool equal to two sessions times the number of people in scope, with a minimum pool of 50 sessions. You can choose a different pool size. A contract has a minimum annual value of €600 excluding VAT; if the calculation comes out lower, the difference is added as extra session credits rather than charged as a fee.
3. Add the people in scope
The organisation admin manages who is eligible through the admin portal. Invited people can join with an existing Subrise account or create a new one.
4. Members get started
People in an organisation-paid plan can use the public Subrise content, the organisation-only Workplace Library, and personalised sessions from the shared pool. Personalised-session credits are not assigned to individuals in advance. Each person can use up to three personalised sessions per month.
5. Follow adoption and pool use
The admin portal shows aggregated adoption and usage information and the organisation can follow the shared pool. It does not show individual listening behaviour, personal topics, or what a specific person is working on.
