What is Subrise for Organisations?

Subrise for Organisations supports two ways of offering Subrise to a company, university, care organisation, association, or other group. An organisation can pay centrally for an Organisation Plan plus a shared pool of personalised sessions, or it can let people subscribe themselves at an organisation-linked advantage rate. The two routes can also be combined for different groups.

When the organisation pays

The Organisation Plan is calculated on the number of people in scope. It includes the admin portal with aggregated reporting, group management, one contract and one invoice, launch support, and access to the organisation-only Workplace Library.

Personalised sessions are purchased separately as one shared annual pool for the whole group. They are not assigned in advance to individual people. Eligible members use the pool independently when they need a personalised session, with a maximum of three personalised sessions per person per month.

What is the Workplace Library?

The Workplace Library contains ready-to-listen sessions on themes such as work pressure, recovery, focus, leadership, and people management. These sessions are available through an organisation and are separate from the public content that anyone can use.

What if people pay themselves?

An organisation can also offer its people an organisation-linked advantage rate while they subscribe and pay themselves. The advantage applies to the first paid subscription term and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Is my listening private?

Yes. Organisations never receive access to individual listening behaviour, personal topics, or what someone is working on. They only receive aggregated information about adoption and use at organisation level.
