Your data is stored securely in the cloud. Subrise encrypts data while it travels between your device and our servers, hosts it on secure cloud infrastructure, and limits access to those who need it to operate and support the platform.
Where is my data stored?
On secure cloud infrastructure operated by trusted hosting providers. These providers are required to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. Data is encrypted while it is being transmitted.
Who can access stored data?
Access is limited to authorized personnel and trusted service providers who need it to operate, maintain, support, or secure the platform. They are bound by strict privacy and confidentiality requirements.
Are my sessions stored too?
Yes. Your sessions and the inputs used to create them are stored in your account so you can revisit them. If you download a session, that copy is also stored locally on your device.
