What is used to build a session?
Your responses help Subrise understand your goals, current situation, challenges, strengths, and habits, together with the preferences you set in your profile such as tone and style, listening depth, session length, and session voice. These inputs are passed to the conversational AI and generative AI components, which adapt the session script and the audio generation to your context.
What about session data?
Listening activity, session history, and feature usage help Subrise understand what fits you and keep the platform reliable and performing well.
Who processes this information?
Trusted AI technology partners process this data to deliver, secure, improve, and support the service. Where a partner also uses data to improve machine learning models, this is governed by their privacy terms and applicable data protection laws.
Is my information used for anything else?
No. Subrise does not sell your personal data and does not use it for third-party advertising. Payment information is handled separately by payment providers and is not used to personalise sessions.
What if I use Subrise through an organisation?
Organisations never receive access to personal information or individual listening behaviour. They can only receive general, aggregated data about the use of Subrise.
