Privacy and security
What safeguards are in place?
Subrise applies safeguards on three levels: how your data is handled, how sessions are created, and how the service positions itself in relation to professional care. All three are built around transparency, user control, and compliance with applicable privacy legislation.
Safeguards around your data
Subrise works only with trusted technology providers that are required to handle data in line with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Your conversations, including text and, where applicable, audio, are processed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service. Where a provider also uses data to improve their models, this is governed by that provider's terms, privacy practices, and applicable regulations.
Safeguards around the sessions
AI does not create sessions freely. It works within a structured methodology developed by experts in psychology, coaching, mindfulness, self-hypnosis, and behaviour change. This framework sets the boundaries for how sessions are built and personalised.
Safeguards around your wellbeing
Subrise is a wellbeing and personal growth tool, not a healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care, and it is not intended for use in an emergency. You can stop any session at any moment.
What control do I have?
You decide how much information to share, you can skip questions, you can listen to content that requires no personal input, and you can update your personalization settings at any time.
