Why does Subrise ask personal questions?
Subrise asks personal questions so each session can be built around your situation rather than around a general topic. Your answers shape the content, tone, structure, and examples used in the session.
What do the questions actually change?
Your answers about goals, challenges, habits, preferences, and context are used to decide what a session focuses on, how it is worded, how it is structured, and which examples feel relevant to you.
Why not just ask what my goal is?
Two people can share the same goal and still need very different guidance. Someone who wants more confidence because of work presentations needs something different than someone who wants more confidence in social situations. The extra context is what makes the difference.
Do I have to answer everything?
No. You can skip any question. Subrise creates meaningful sessions with different levels of input, and you can always add more later.
What if I would rather not answer any questions?
You can listen to content from the audio library instead. It requires no intake and is available immediately.
What happens with my answers?
They are used to personalise your sessions and to keep the service secure and working well. Your answers are not sold and are not used for third-party advertising. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
