Privacy and security
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. Subrise encrypts your data while it is being transmitted between your device and our servers, and applies additional security measures to keep it protected.
What does encryption in transit mean?
When your information travels between your device and Subrise, it is encoded so that it cannot be read if it is intercepted along the way. This applies to your account details, your personalization answers, and your sessions.
Is encryption the only protection?
No. Encryption is one layer among several. Subrise also uses secure cloud infrastructure, authentication and access controls, monitoring of security-related events, regular security updates, and access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.
Does encryption mean my data is completely safe?
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Subrise works continuously to maintain appropriate safeguards and follow industry best practices, but no system can promise complete protection.
Where can I find the technical details?
Our Privacy Policy describes the security measures, data processing, and privacy practices in full.
