How are sessions generated?

What information is used?

Depending on the session type, Subrise may use your goal or desired outcome, your current situation, personal strengths and resources, challenges or obstacles, habits and behaviours, communication preferences, preferred voice, preferred session length, and soundscape preferences. You decide how much to provide. More input can lead to deeper personalization, but even minimal input can result in a meaningful session.

How does the generation process work?

The process has three steps:

1. Understanding your needs - Subrise gathers information about your goal, preferences, and personal context through the personalization process.
2. Creating personalised guidance - Generative AI uses this information to create guidance adapted to your situation within the boundaries of the Subrise methodology. The session is assembled from carefully developed building blocks. Where personalisation is needed, AI adapts the content using your inputs and predefined instructions.
3. Transforming it into audio - Voice AI converts the session into a natural audio experience using your preferred voice and listening settings.

Is every personalised session unique?

Yes. Because personalised sessions are generated using your personal inputs, two people with the same goal may receive very different experiences. Even your own sessions may evolve over time as your goals, preferences, or circumstances change.

Is AI the only thing creating the session?

No. AI works within a structured framework developed by experts in psychology, coaching, mindfulness, self-hypnosis, and behaviour change. The methodology determines how sessions are designed and personalised. AI helps apply those principles to your individual situation.

How long does it take?

Most personalised sessions are generated within a few minutes after you complete the personalization process. The exact timing may vary depending on the complexity of the session and system demand.
