What is a personalised session?
A personalised session is an audio experience tailored to your unique goals, preferences, and personal context. Instead of receiving the same content as every other user, your session is created using the information you choose to provide, making the experience more relevant to your situation and needs.
How is a personalised session different from a standard recording?
Traditional audio content is typically created once and delivered to everyone in the same way. A personalised session adapts to who you are, what you want to work on, and how you prefer to be guided. Two people with the same goal may receive very different sessions.
What can be personalised?
Depending on the session type, personalization may include your goal or desired outcome, your current situation, challenges or obstacles, personal strengths and resources, habits and behaviours, communication style, preferred voice, preferred session length, and soundscape preferences. Not every session uses every personalization option.
How personal can a session become?
That depends on how much information you choose to provide. Some users prefer a quick setup with only a few answers. Others choose a deeper level of personalization by sharing more about their situation, motivations, and goals. Both approaches can lead to valuable sessions, but additional input often allows for a more tailored experience.
Do I have to answer every question?
No. You are always free to skip questions or provide only the information you feel comfortable sharing. Subrise is designed to create meaningful sessions with different levels of input.
Is every personalised session unique?
Yes. Because sessions are generated using your personal inputs, preferences, and goals, no two experiences are exactly the same. Even your own sessions may evolve over time as your circumstances, priorities, and preferences change.
Why does personalization matter?
People with similar goals often have very different experiences. Personalization helps make the guidance more relevant, meaningful, and aligned with your individual journey.
