What information is used to personalise sessions?
Subrise personalizes sessions using the information you provide, the preferences you set in your profile, and the way you use the app. Nothing is inferred from sources outside the service.
Information you provide
- Your responses to intake questions, such as goals, challenges, habits, and preferences
- How you would like to be addressed
- Any information you add, update, or correct later
Preferences you set in your profile
- Form of address, tone and style, listening depth, level of personalization, session length, session voice, and your mental anchor
Session and usage information
- Your session history and listening activity
- Feature usage and any feedback you give about a session
Information from your therapist or coach
If you use Subrise together with a practitioner, they may provide information that helps personalise your sessions, subject to the permissions and consent you have given.
What is not used to personalise your sessions
- Payment information, which is used only to manage subscriptions and purchases and is processed by trusted providers such as Stripe, Apple, or Google
- Technical and security data, which is used to keep the service reliable and secure
- Your language setting, which determines the language of the app and your sessions but is not a personalization input
Your personal information is never used for third-party advertising and is not sold.
You stay in control
You can review and update the information used for personalization at any time. For full details about how your data is processed and stored, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
