The app
How much information should I provide?
There is no required amount. You decide what you share. Subrise works with very little information, and sessions generally become more relevant the more context you give.
Enough to get started
You only need your account details and a few intake answers to begin. Everything beyond that is optional and can be added whenever you are ready.
What tends to make the biggest difference
- What you want to work toward, such as a goal, an outcome, or a feeling you are aiming for
- What gets in the way, such as challenges, habits, or recurring patterns
- Personal strengths and resources you can build on
- Practical context, such as when and how often you plan to listen
What you do not need to share
You never need to provide medical records, diagnoses, medication details, financial information, or identity documents. Share only what you are comfortable putting in writing.
Subrise is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are dealing with something that needs professional care, please speak with a qualified healthcare provider.
If you use Subrise through a therapist or coach
Your practitioner may add context that helps personalise your sessions, subject to the permissions and consent you have given.
You can change your mind at any time
Your answers are not fixed. You can update, correct, or remove information later, and future sessions will use the most recent information available.
