What is the Subrise Methodology?
The Subrise Methodology is the framework that guides how personalised sessions are created. Rather than relying on a single technique or approach, Subrise combines insights from psychology, behaviour change science, coaching, mindfulness, self-hypnosis, and AI-powered personalization.
What is it based on?
The methodology draws inspiration from positive psychology, cognitive and behavioural principles, coaching methodologies, mindfulness practices, self-hypnosis techniques, behaviour change science, and motivational approaches. These elements are combined into a structured process that helps transform personal goals into personalised audio experiences.
How does it work?
Every session starts with a goal. Depending on the session type, Subrise may explore your current situation, challenges, strengths, habits, motivations, and preferences. This information is then used to create a session that feels relevant to your personal context rather than offering generic one-size-fits-all guidance.
The SMART² Framework
- Many personalised sessions are built around the SMART² Framework, a structured model developed by Subrise to better understand goals, situations, strengths, obstacles, and desired outcomes. This framework helps create sessions that are both personally meaningful and action-oriented.
Why does Subrise use AI?
AI helps adapt sessions to your unique inputs and preferences. Rather than selecting content from a fixed library, Subrise can personalise the structure, language, tone, examples, and guidance based on the information you choose to provide. The methodology determines the framework; AI helps tailor it to you.
Is the methodology therapy?
No. While Subrise is informed by psychological principles, it is not therapy, medical treatment, or mental healthcare. The methodology is designed to support wellbeing, self-reflection, personal growth, and positive change within a self-guided format.
