How quickly is my session generated?
Most personalised sessions are generated within a few minutes after you complete the personalization process.
The exact generation time can vary depending on factors such as the type of session you selected, the level of personalization, the amount of information provided during the intake, and current platform demand and system load. In many cases, your session will be ready shortly after you complete the intake process.
Why does generation take a little time?
Unlike pre-recorded content, personalised sessions are created specifically for you. Subrise generates a custom script based on your goals, preferences, and selected options, then converts that script into a natural audio experience using AI voice technology. This process happens automatically in the background and is designed to balance personalization, audio quality, and speed.
Can I use Subrise while waiting?
Yes. Depending on your subscription and available content, you may be able to explore existing sessions, soundscapes, or previously generated sessions while your new session is being prepared.
What if generation takes longer than expected?
Occasionally, generation may take longer due to high demand or technical processing delays. If your session remains unavailable for an extended period, please check your internet connection and try refreshing the app. If the issue persists, contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
