How long are sessions?
Session length is not fixed. You set your preferred length yourself, and Subrise generates a session that matches it. If you do not set a preference, a default length suited to the session type is used.
How do I choose a length?
Set your preferred session length in your profile settings, so it applies to the sessions you create.
What happens if I do not choose?
Subrise uses a default length appropriate for the session type. A short relaxation session and a deeper Understand (Exploration) session naturally call for different durations.
Can I change it later?
Yes. You can update your length preference at any time. Existing sessions keep their original length.
Does length change the content?
It changes how much room there is for the guidance. A longer session allows more space for reflection and repetition, while a shorter one keeps things focused. The purpose of the session stays the same.
Which length should I pick?
Choose what fits the moment. A short session works well when time is limited or you want a quick reset, and a longer one suits an evening at home.
